It is otherwise a basic website and is mostly only used for outbound promotional purposes. This policy sets out how I process your personal data when you use my services or visit this website. 4 – HOW I STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION

This website doesn’t hold customer personal information of any kind. Personal information will only ever reach me via email or phone enquiries. I shall only keep information obtained through business enquiries for 2 years. I will then delete those records from my computer systems and cloud storage. All personal information will strictly be used for business and service reasons only.

Moreover, personal information may also be collected during a routine health assessment. In this instance, personal information cannot be supplied to me or stored for business use without the client’s consent. Thereafter, this data will be kept no longer than 2 years after the final session.

5 – SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

I may process information about your health to comply with my obligations under health and safety law. Any necessary medical data supplied to me must be provided by consent of the client and will be held under a duty of strict confidence. Whenever the use of health data is to provide a service to you, I will always ask for your agreement. If, however, you are not happy for me to have this information then you do not have to agree, and you can change your mind at any time, but this may mean that you cannot participate in key fitness activities.

My website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you.
